Account Coordinator

Job Description:

The purpose of the Account Coordinator role is to develop the foundational skill sets for sourcing, designing, pitching and managing orders supporting both the Account Team as well as Monarch & Company accounts.

The Account Coordinator’s focus is to become an industry expert in sourcing, creative direction, pricing, and order management while embodying our values and building solid relationships with our vendors.

This position is crucial to the company’s success delivering on-time creative proposals while ensuring all orders stay on track and delivering up-to-date information to the account team; collaboratively delivering the ultimate client experience.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • A basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • The ability to speak up; if you see something you say something.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high follow through to own the result of your work and it’s contribution to the overall team’s purpose.
  • The ability to take risks and make mistakes and then shift to learning and adapting quickly
  • The ability to collaborate with giving and receiving feedback, participating in company discussions, and listening to all opinions for the best result
  • The ability to row in the same direction as the entire team by asking tough questions and setting your ego aside
  • A high commitment level to personal excellence

Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to push out consistent and strong brand messaging to suppliers, employees, clients, and our community to generate new business leads, maintain relationships with our current audience, and build brand equity.

The Marketing Manager’s focus is to seek, create, manage and analyze all content and graphics for the company by becoming an expert in Monarch’s brand guidelines and industry as a whole to create digital communications and physical marketing campaigns while embodying our company values.

This position is crucial to the company’s success in being a thought leader in the industry, capturing market share, and standing out from our competition; ultimately creating an exceptional brand experience.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.mple requirement
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of copywriting, graphic design or public relations experience at an agency or in a marketing department.
